Terms & Conditions
We regret that we cannot publish an exact price list
online as each piece of restoration will vary with regard to
the amount of time and detail that is required to be spent on
it. We are happy to provide you with a detailed analysis and
estimate of the work required completely free of charge or obligation.
Placing an order constitutes the acceptance of terms and
conditions as stated here. The following conditions apply
to all contracts for the supply & sale of services &
materials by Fotofun (UK).
All photographs and negatives provided for restoration, printing
or digitally enhancing will be accepted on the strict understanding
that the provider has ownership of copyright or that permission
has been granted from the owner of said copyright.
All estimates are given in good faith and will remain valid
for a period of 28 days from date of issue. If you do not
wish to accept our quotation we will return your original
material at our expense.
Any changes in the composition of an order must be agreed
in writing or by e-mail. Fotofun (UK) will endeavour to complete
all orders within the time quoted but will not accept any
liability for the late delivery of orders. The customer has
the right to cancel any order that is delayed by more than
14 days from the quoted completion date.
All orders are returned via First Class post (unless requested
otherwise by the customer) and Fotofun will not accept any
liability for loss or damage in transit. All goods are sent
at the customer's own risk.

Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed due to the inherent
limitations of photographic and computer materials and processes.
Although we always endeavour to create as close a match to
the original as possible, tonal variations will occur.
Your original photographs should be packed carefully in a
board backed envelope or stiffened package to prevent damage.
Suitable envelopes are available from any Post Office or Stationer.
Please separate each print from each other with a sheet of
plain paper. If your photographs are of particular importance
to you please consider sending them via insured or courier
delivery.
If you do not wish to send your originals through the post
we can accept your high resolution scans which must be a minimum
300dpi. The higher the resolution of the scan the better.
However, in every instance we would prefer to work from the
original photograph.
Please always send us your name, address, a daytime telephone
number and email address where possible. (Please note that
we will NEVER disclose your personal details to anyone else).
If you send us your email address we will email 'Proofs' for
your inspection. Only when you are completely happy with the
results need you send your payment. Your prints will be despatched
within 10 days of receipt of payment.

and home user markets.
